Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Suno Cover Bot (the "Service"), a Telegram-based processing service operated by Yaakov Moseri, sole proprietor, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Independence notice. Suno Cover Bot is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Suno, Inc. "Suno" and all related marks are the property of Suno, Inc. and are used solely to identify the platform this tool is designed to work with.
1.What the Service is
The Service accepts material you send it through Telegram — lyrics, text, audio files, voice recordings, or links — and prepares that material into a format suitable for upload into your own Suno account library. It operates on your instruction, using your own Suno account, which you connect yourself.
What the Service is not:
- It is not a music store. We do not sell music, recordings, or compositions.
- It is not a Suno subscription or a source of Suno credits. You must hold and pay for your own Suno account separately.
- It is not a service for obtaining, distributing, or processing material you do not have the rights to.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must also comply with the terms of any third-party platform you use in connection with the Service, including Telegram and Suno. Your relationship with those platforms is yours alone, and we are not a party to it.
3.Your content and your rights — required
This is the core obligation of these Terms. Before the Service processes anything, you must confirm in the bot that you own, or hold valid legal permission to use, every item you submit. By submitting material you represent and warrant that:
- You own the material outright, or hold a licence or permission that covers this use.
- Your use of it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, moral right, publicity right, or contract.
- You accept full legal responsibility for the material and for the consequences of submitting it.
You retain ownership of everything you submit and everything produced from it. We claim no rights in your material. We use it only to perform the processing you asked for.
4.Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Process material you do not own or have permission to use, including commercially released recordings belonging to others.
- Impersonate any artist, or create material presented as the work of someone else.
- Break the law of any jurisdiction that applies to you, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as though it were your own.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for any breach of this section.
5.Account connection, tokens, and credentials
To place results into your library, the Service needs authorisation to act on your Suno account on your behalf. By connecting your account you permit authorisation tokens and session cookies to be used solely to route your technical requests to Suno servers. They are not used for any other purpose, are not sold, and are not shared with third parties. You may disconnect at any time from within the bot.
You are responsible for keeping your own Telegram and Suno accounts secure.
6.Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
The Service is sold as a monthly subscription in US dollars. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout.
- Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as merchant of record and appears on your statement. Polar's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made after that.
- Price changes. We may change prices. Any change applies from your next billing period, and we will give notice before it takes effect.
- Failed payment. If a renewal fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7.Availability and third-party dependence
The Service depends on platforms we do not control, including Telegram and Suno. Those platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue their behaviour at any time, without notice to us. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific processing outcome, or continued compatibility with any third-party platform.
We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will cancel active subscriptions and refund any unused prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
8.Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that processing will succeed in any given case, or that results will be accepted by any third-party platform.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.
10.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising out of material you submitted, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
11.Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would expose us or our payment provider to legal risk. Sections 3, 4, and 8 through 12 survive termination.
12.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
13.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be communicated through the bot before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
